An essential security feature for protecting your home or business is "24/7" Central Station Monitoring. Every signal from your alarm system is monitored whether it is an accident or real alarm.

While a siren and flashing lights raise awareness among your neighbors, it still may not be enough. When your alarm sounds, it will make a lot of noise, but if neighbors are working, or have their doors and windows closed, it could be ignored. Likewise, if a fire, medical emergency, or other dangerous situation arose, you might be unable to dial 911. A smoke or gas detector or pressing one of the emergency buttons will immediately alert the Central Station to the danger. The proper authorities would be alerted even if you were working or away on vacation.

When an alarm occurs, signals are immediately transmitted to the Central Station where a highly trained operator responds by first calling your location (home or business) to determine if the alarm is real or an accident. If no answer is received, or an answering machine, or two busy signals, we must assume there is danger and alert the authorities. After doing so, we will try to

reach you at work, or on a cell phone. If unable to reach you, we will alert a friend, relative, or neighbor whom you have listed on your call list.

The new systems will automatically page you and also automatically reset themselves after only a few minutes so as not to be a disturbance to your neighbors.

Central Station Monitoring. The best part of good security.
